This tool (or something like it) would be a must-have item for anyone who does a lot of VoIP installs or repairs.

Capturing the packets allows technicians to see the specifics of network conversation between computers and devices. This helps troubleshoot mis-matched protocols, DNS issues, blocked ports.

For the field technician it's not important to be able to read the PCAPs (packet captured files), but as the person on the front lines, the support people on the backend are relying on you to setup the captures and email them the files.
