New Healthy Aging Clinic at UC Davis Health

The UC Davis Health Healthy Aging Clinic, located in midtown Sacramento, is a one-stop-clinic that serves patients 65 and older and their caregivers. The team of multidisciplinary specialists provide geriatric and cognitive assessments, a pharmacist for medication management, physical and occupational therapy, nutrition consults, a dementia care program through the California Alzheimer’s Disease Center, a mobility clinic and, eventually, advanced care planning guidance. This new clinic allows patients and their families to leverage integrated specialty services that can ultimately lead to better quality of life outcomes and facilitate independent living.
