IF IT IS NOT WORKING THEN FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
Right-click the file named "Fliqlo.scr" and select "Install" to make it your default screensaver, then Screen Saver Settings panel will open automatically. Alternatively, in File Explorer, copy or move the file named "Fliqlo.scr" to C:\Windows\system32. Then open Screen Saver Settings panel to set Fliqlo as your default screensaver. This does not require adobe flash.

I have a question: there is a way to use it on a dual monitor setup, but always on one monitor, always keeping it active?I mean...I have a setup with a notebook connected to a 27" monitor.If i want to put this clock only on the notebook monitor, always active, while i normal use the notebook with the big screen, is it possible?Or otherwise there is a way to do this thing?
