for me, it is showing an error like ".net framework" does not support this app, How should I solve this, I tried even another method as shown in the " read me " file in the Fliqlo download folder, by pasting fliqlo.scr file in Windows C/windows/system32 but this method also shows the same error

After clicking on install button, a pop comes saying "This application could not be started. Do you want to view information about this issue?"
( My system is win 11 though )
