Tip : if you are not using 4 fingers to play the G major use the middle ring and pinky fingers instead of index, middle and ring. Then when you want to play C all you have to do is put the index dow, move the middle and ring finger 1 string down and lift the pinky. Might be hard at first but this is much faster. also playing G7 is much easier when playing inbetween chords. Same with Em. Use the middle and ring. That way switching from Em to other chords becomes easier.

when i pass from Am to D my 2 and 3 finger always confuse, what can i do?

Why is the g chord sometimes played with the 3rd fret on the 2 highest strings and sometimes (most of the times tbh) with an open second string? Yet they all call it the same: C major.
