How to start a Cessna 172 in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024

I guess it’s a sim problem but that test light next to the standby battery switch is supposed to illuminate when the switch is in the test position and you are supposed to hold it for 10 seconds. If the light stays illuminated all 10 seconds then your standby battery is good.

The throttle just keeps resetting on its own it won't stay in position

It justs beeps on console so it doesn’t work

I have never heard of this technique with the mixture are you sure this is proper procedure ?

edit : nvm I just looked it up it’s specific to fuel-injected cessnas only. My school only uses very very old carburated 172’s
