100% correct...BJP govt.has to bring down income tax drastically..not just introduce 2 or 3 slabs salaried people are very unhappy with the way BJP is exploiting them. A govt. Should not only focus on " Development " but also should be " populistic", the reason being cost of education, cost of medical treatment, Cost of food products have increased & middle class are totally un happy with the BJP gov.This is the reality....If BJP govt.doest change its track simply saying they are focusing on development, giving water taps, constructing houses to poor will not yield

Salaried persons are the most abused lot in our country. If I need to buy a two wheeler, I need to pay 28% gst. And the amount I pay for the emi. I already have paid 10 to 20% as income tax. Additionally assume 10% interest rate.

For a 1 lakh bike
28000 paid for GST
Approx 13, 000 interest to bank for the loan

So if I buy a 1 lakh bike. I am effectively shedding off 52, 000.

This is the larger picture, of the amount one loses to buy a 1lakh bike.

If at all your income tax top most slab is 20% you pay shed off 63k.

Why am I showing the income tax here. For a self employed person, they can show depreciation etc and get tax benefit from buying a bike or a car. (If I am right) but for a salaried person so such possibility.

Pardon for any discrepancies on the calculation. But this is my thought.

Charge GST on Halal products At present 90% of Halal products have 0% GST. Muslim organizations ger halal fees. Govt provides free service for halal products
The poorest class who voted for 240 MPs, rejected khata khat of Rs 1 lakh is very severely affected. No houses, no electricity, no water, no toilet and even PM Kisan is a meager Rs 6000 pa.

Nirmala SItaraman is anti-poorest, anti- middle class, anti-senior citizen, anti-pensioner. This group pays 33% income tax and waits for 15 months for a refund. For example, if TDS was deducted in April 2023, the taxpayer can file returns in May or June 2024 and seek a refund. This group [pays income tax @33 %, GST @18%, Petrol tax, house tax, road tax, land tax, NH toll, etc which works out to Rs 61/ out of Rs 100 earned. Senior citizens and Pensioners who face injustice approach the High Court and receive justice but GOI prefers to appeal against the order of the High Court. Pensioners have received a favorable judgment from 8 high courts but GOI prefers appeal in the SC and postpones the hearing in SC for 6-7 years because GOI is sure that injustice has been done and the SC judgment will be in favor of justice. Bank Pensioners who filed the petition have died long ago but GOI seeks adjournment.

Pensioners do not add any expenditure to the government because they have their own pension fund. The government diverts pension funds to increase the profit of the banks. These reports have appeared in leading economic dailies as well. The bank pensioners cases have been taken up with Nirmala Sitaraman by Honorable Mohan Bhagvat ji, Honorable Nitin Gadkari, and several senior BJP leaders .. Finally, the cases have been taken up with Nirmala Sitaram by the honorable President of India, who is aware of the injustice through her children are bank staff. Nirmala ji is adamant and rejects the reference from Honorable Mohan Bhagvat ji, Honorable Nitin Gadkari, and the honorable President of India
