OK, but which metrics are you looking for? How are these deals financed? Which lenders finance these deals? What are the characteristics of each type of commercial real estate?

Who do you ask? I have some property in Richland Mississippi that just becomes zoned commercial. I was in an option to buy contract with the developer for over a year and a half. He terminated the option to contract. At the moment. I haven’t heard anything lately, but I have heard he still wants to use some of the other property owners within this block. Just not mine. I’m trying to find out what I need to do at this point. To maybe push his agenda in other areas.. considering he’s trying to be very secretive about this block.
