Good lord that Scandinavian flight gave me tears in my eyes...landing a plane without both engines was extremely horrible and in the same time outstanding effort from the captain he really was very humble and was put in such horrifying moments and he manage to land the plane without anyone getting killed ...😢

1:50:47 That honestly shocked me that absolutely nobody died and serious injuries were minimal. They got lucky on the terrain, the trees slowed them down but thankfully a clearing opened up for them to fully land without the trees tearing them apart.

Yes I watch them all the time. The most interesting part is how they learn exactly what caused the crash

The Hudson River incident was no miracle! It was an astonishing piece of flying!

Rebecca Shaw, first officer, earning less than $ 16.000 a year! And a captain earning $ 60.000 a year. Hardly anything glorious about those positions

Cracks me up when people buy a house near an airport because it's cheaper then complain about the noise

I like to watch these documentaries. The most important and interesting part is the investigation after the incident. Even seemightly unimportant matters can lead to disaster.

I'm trying to learn lessons from these crash failures. I have had many and still trying to succeed. My prayers are there for those of us and others.

That Q400 flight into Buffalo: You know the flight is in trouble when you hear the 1st Officer go “whaa whaa ohhh ohh” the moment the stick shaker starts shaking. She was clearly not trained correctly, tired, sick or otherwise, an Airline Pilot should NEVER react like that. She may as well join the Passengers.

I'm watching this on a flight from London to Toronto.

Low terrain - pull up - pull up...Am I the only one that watches these right before going on a plane? I know for me, I now always wear my seatbelt even if the sign is switched iff to increase my chances incase of an explosive decompression
