It's like whoever is in charge of providing electricity in the city doesn't seem to do any planning for unexpected outages even though they know this is becoming the norm instead of the exception in this city. They also know that Hursthill and other sub-stations are a common problem but nothing seems to be done about it. The politicians also make political decisions they know is going to impact negatively on infrastructure but they don't seem to care also. It's almost like politicians want infrastructure to fail. We cannot hear the same excuses every time. This is just weak and bad leadership.
