Hello Bharat, I started the Scalable capital and its still in process even after 2 weeks. I emailed them and they said that some documents dont match. A very poor customer service and slow working. I tried trading 212 and it started within 30 mins.
Can you suggest why so, and is trading 212 good compared to scalable ?

Hi Bharath, I have 250 euros cash balances in my scalable capital account and I am trying to buy shares, for example, a value of 170 but I am unable to do so. Is it mandatory that we need to buy at least 250 euros values of any shares? because that's what the customer service told me when I called them. Please give me clarity on this.
