Good video, but did not show specifics that I need to know. I just got a new S21FE unlocked phone from amazon to replace my S7 phone. I plugged the new phone in to charge it with a 25w charger. I was not able to get the phone to turn on yet. I don't have WiFi at home, but will go to the library to use it. Do I have to put a sim card in the new phone to get it to work?

I am 74 and don't know any basics about Smartphones. I have had a Stroke so I rarely leave home...so I was told to keep my phone on WIFI calling and internet so that my Rates would not go over on usage charges. I DON'T KNOW HOW TO take my phone off WIFI when I leave the house to go to Dr's office or grocery store once a month. How do I access or move to Regular mobile phone mode so that I can send texts or view my YouTube app, or internet data once I leave my Home WIFI Connection? Please help! No one seems to know how to instuct me. The S21 FE is about 4 months old. I feel so helpless because I can't pull up maps or any usage of my phone Except, I can make mobile calls! I can't send text...or receive them. I have tried turning Off WiFi in the settings when I leave the house...still doesn't work.Will appreciate your assistance! Thank you!
