Yes. Easy to follow instructions that work. Just be certain to copy only the file path "C:\Program Files\Redis" (and not "C:\Program Files\Redis\redis-server.exe" or "C:\Program Files\Redis\redis-cli.exe") when you add the path to the Environmental Variables.

i have installed it, but my redis-server.exe cannot open

This have not worked in my case... Redis is unreachable: Connection refused [tcp://127.0.0.1:6379] on wordpress. And btw try to make outros at the end of your videos, the video preview thumbnails cover the whole content at the end of the video so I can not see what are you typing in cmd prompt. Thanks
