Personalized Start Menu with app folders already existed before Windows 11, it was called Tiles in Windows 10.

As a professional photographer, if tabs are actually implemented into File Explore it will be what makes me update this year

Not needing a Microsoft Account would be an amazing feature!

I’d love independent taskbars on each desktop. It would be great to have customised spaces for work, personal etc

Finally, start menu folders. Now add the option of removing the recommended tab altogether (which is a huge privacy risk when livestreaming for example, and a huge waste of space if you don’t use file history), add start/task-view/chat/widget taskbar icon color variants for different color schemes. and give us the option of vertical sidebars again, and my issues with the start menu and the taskbar would be fixed.

The eye contact is creepy. But is a smart feature. I'm gonna need it.

One Windows 11 Really needs is resizing the task bar and start menu. It’s too small. I use Windows 11 on a Gaming PC I built myself on a 42” 4K HDR TV. The Desktop icons and text is fine at 4K but the start menu and icons in them are tiny. I don’t sit very far from the TV as well. By default the taskbar and icons are tiny too. I was able to find a Registry settings online that made it a bit bigger.

Technically, W11 isn't inclusive, most likely you'll have to buy new hardware, because Microsoft decided that you must do so. This makes it exclusive, technically speaking.

that fake eye-contact is borderline creepy

I love how mostly everything in this update was pulled from macOS. That’s great, now I don’t have to say “why tf doesn’t file explorer has tabs” every time I need to use windows for something.

Good job MS, keep copying Apple, I think that’s good for everyone

I have a super innovative great idea microsoft could implement. What about being able to drag files into programs on the toolbar?

I wonder if you can click and drag files seamlessly from one tab to another tab by hover the mouse over while dragging the file to another tab? I still currently running Windows 10 so I like to know from experience if anyone has tried that yet.

The difference between Apple and other trillion-dollar companies when it comes to presentation is staggering.

At 2:12 can we get the old right click context menu back? Also on taskbar?

I can't wait for that file explorer design, I also hope that Microsoft is going to add small taskbar too so instead of going into the registry editor and doing things it's better to have that option in settings like it was in windows 10..

I am in normal Windows version of Windows 11. I have encountered so many issues in this OS which I have never encountered on any versions. It just sucks to get freezing apps, start menu or explorer for no any reason.

What's the status on battery consumption? Every new version should aim to reduce battery consumption by three percent at the kernel level.
