PERFECT NO BAKE YEMA CAKE || NO OVEN NEEDED || SOFT AND FLUFFY

In this video im showing you how to make easy yema cake using steamer..No oven, no problem..Super fluffy and very delicious..

Batter mixture:
1 and 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 Tbsp Baking powder
1/4 salt
Eggyolks mixture:
4 eggyolks
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
Eggwhites mixture:
4 eggwhites
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp Cot or white vinegar
Yema mixture:
4 eggyolks
1 can evap milk
1 can condensed milk
1 tbsp lemon juice or calamansi juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup nestle cream (optional)
1 tbsp butter
