Thanks Doctor! In the past I wass eating paleo with lectins vegetables, My rectal ulcer was flare my. Now I avoided all lectins and oxalates, very strict paleo 80 percent of my calories comes from Fruits and green leafy vegetables. I eat Fish only in animal foods, no chicken, meat! I find it very difficult to withdraw from fish. But I know I can accomplish it. My colon ulcer is healing fast Now. No bleeding, No inflamation. I tried SCD in the past, the principle is good but so many leactins in the diet.

That’s why cows have 4 stomachs, they can extract all the nutrients from grass, with our single stomach plant nutrient is only about 1-2% bioavailable.
Beef on the other hand is around 95% bioavailable, so when I eat beef, indirectly I’m eating grass second hand with most nutrients available.
Most vegans I know are sick & even overweight due to too many carbs & are deficient in many essential amino acids which are readily available from meat.
The part about ageing faster by eating meat only, people have commented on how I look younger ( and I feel it too) from following a primarily carnivore diet, all arthritis pain gone, autoimmune conditions gone, at age 55, I’m feeling 20 years younger, one of the best things I’ve ever done!😎

I have tried plant vase. Couldn't get my autoimmune disease allow ne to function. Went all meat 2 weeks no pain of any kind. My RA doctor said he hopes I wrote a book and he wants the first copy. I havnt taken a single drug for It .

Dr. Gendry, I follow your words and implement your recommendations, but remember that you also eat meat once in a while. Can the source of the meat and its nutrition change your words?blue colitis I use bone broth, which helps me...or am I wrong?

I would like to stop eating chicken bcs I find it pretty heavy.. however when I spent about 3 weeks without eating any chicken, I lost muscle mass and my legs felt kinda shaky so I don’t know what to do

Hi dr, i was born with hep b and i have hypothyroidism. I have been following the keto diet video so i m doing low carb, some fruits not in keto besides the berries, like pomegranate, date, pineapple i tremendously reduced my fruits for my liver trust me im not on it as much .Before my inflammation i used to live on any dry fruits with dry rosted peanut i could even skip a meal for that .My concern are the satured fat in regards to insulin resistance, following the keto i increasd my oils and animal fats, but im concerned .that is why now i will reduce my animal protein for more plant types, but should i also reduce the fats in my case .thank you sir.I do mynlight cooking with olive but being african i tend to use more my virgin coconut oil .I do use sometimes avocado or ghee or tallow but they are costly. Looking forward to your reply thank you.

Yeah rite, you need 2 cups of beans to get the same protien from a 6 oz steak, have fun tryin to eat all them beans= eat beef stay slim
