In this lecture we have discussed how to punctuate, unpunctuated paragraph. First year English English punctuation punctuation is very easy if we keep in mind the following steps to punctuate the given lines. The most important punctuation mark is quotation mark, it is used when we have to use the same words of a person that have been spoken by him.
To punctuate a paragraph one must have knowledge where to put
comma, full stop, quotation marks, interrogative mark, Colon. semi colon, brackets and all the punctuation marks that are used to punctuate an UN punctuated paragraph. In this lecture we have punctuated a paragraph from lesson number 1 button button first year English. We have used punctuation marks according to the textbook of English. In paper students must have to follow the textbook to get good marks. That's why it is compulsory, to punctuate an punctuated paragraph according to text book board. After punctuation following the textbook you can get 5 out of 5 marks. Following paragraph has been punctuated in this lecture, so let's discuss about it.

Mr. Steward looked embarrassed. "I'm afraid I'm not at liberty to tell you that", he said. "However, I assure you, the organization is of international scope."

You can see the above paragraph has been punctuated below and we have used
capital words
quotation mark
apostrophe
and full stop.
