That’s one of the best reviews. Just missing showing a taste test among both. He mentioned customer service which most reviewers never say a thing. Delonghi has inefficient customer service.

The problem with this review is that it's strongly pro-Jura biased. If you want your opinion to be objective, make a video, showing the difference between the frothed milk in Jura and a comparable DeLonghi machine. The same goes with taste, which is purely subjective. Also, interestingly, if you visit the Swiss English forum, you might be a little surprised to find out that the Swiss actually lean more towards DeLonghi than Jura, especially as the latter is much more troublesome to service and clean. And, one more interesting fact, it turns out that most coffee machines are manufactured by one Swiss factory called Eugster Firsmag. These include, Jura, Krups and... yes... DeLonghi. What's more, Eugster Firsmag does its own R&D, which may mean that the technologies between all their manufactured machines from different brands aren't too different.

Very interesting comments, thanks, I was wondering with a 1000 budget: jura you get entry level, and Delonghi high end of the brand.... which is the wisest.
