My Jura S8 is also so amazing today at appr 5000 drinks with no issues. That said the milk cooler has issues, you only run it daily then shut off at night or at some point if running it 24/7 the board inside will crap out and your milk will freeze up. Not covered under warranty .

I had an absolute nightmare experience with Delonghi trying to get my machine warranty worked on years back. Warning their customer service is nonexistent, I finally got the machine repaired at an independent shop at my own expense and then sold it so I would never have to deal with Delonghi again.

The main reason for choosing espresso machine is quality of coffee that meens how good is the pressure and how warm water is.

I bought a 3200, the functionality and cleaning convenience was great. But it totally doesn’t get hot enough. Philips claims the high setting gets to 203F, but I and others have measured it at 183, which is just too cold, even with pre-warming a cup, the coffee just gets too cold too fast as a result of the low output temp.

So ended up returning it.

Until they can make the milk come out of these machines with some decent heat I'm holding off. I tried a Jura model, but had to return it as the milk drinks were lukewarm at best. I think these manufacturers think we're going to scald our crotches off and sue them if they make these machines with better temp control, but until they do these machines are not meeting important expectations when it comes to liquid temperatures.

I don't know why it's always pronounced Jura with a J sound when even in Jura's own marketing videos it's a Y sound.

Hey, I had the Philips Lattego 3200 for a year and then 3 red lights appeared and it wouldn't work. I kept it clean and did all of the necessary upkeep. What I found out was the Philips doesn't fix their machines. Their customer service number for their coffee machines is horrible, constant disconnects and people you can't understand when you get through. I had them e-mail service companies that would fix my machine and they sent me two. The first said they only fix Philips large appliances and not coffee machines. The second was a sketchy place in the Bronx that couldn't stop dropping the F bomb when speaking to me. Who does that? Anyway, they said it would take 9 months to complete the repair. WTF? Anyway, does anyone out there know of a repair place near Washington D.C.? Thanks.
