You can shoot rings by pushing air down from the surface and pushing it correctly using your knuckles

i know a different way it is where you put both hands in a fist and putypur fingers into the groove of you other fingers and put you knuckels to youur mouth blow out then twist both hands outwards or flick your wrist outwards you dont have to do it at the bottom you can do it while standing or anything really

I saw a diver who made rings by hands - exhale air to the hands on both side thru regulator so he cought the air in his hands and next he push hands with captured air forward and made a vertical ring somehow. I would like to ask him but as you know it is not so easy comunicate on the bottom :D do you know how to do that trick?
