If you have a DDR5 motherboard, make sure that the RAM sticks you have are on the QVL (approved RAM) list for your motherboard! Or you may run into some instability. For all DDR4 setups, I would highly recommend enabling it so you can get the most out of your RAM sticks! In this case, I went from 2667mhz to 3600mhz, so the PC will run faster.

Fun fact hold shift and click restart. It’ll bring you to start up options where you can simply click UEFI Bios

Xmp can cause issues in games, especially call of duty games. If you get bsod errors and crashing, disable xmp. You can easily just set your ram to its rated speed without changing timings and voltages etc, this is ideal if you are crashing and getting blue screens.
