In dragonball, they always have to introduce someone stronger than Goku so we can see him grow strong enough to beat them.

In one punch man, they always introduce a stronger opponent so they can show that its still nothing to Saitama

Edit: 2 weeks later I have realized the implications of this comment. I am in fact a white dude. I just thought it was funny when he juxtaposed Zoro VS. Minorities when the others were completely legitimate; As well as the dry humor he incorporated whilst saying it.

I love that this chapter was basically about giving the audience what they wanted to know about Saitama's strength, without affecting the story by making it essentially non canonical. Because the truth is, the story isn't about the strength of Saitama, it's about the friends he's made along the way.

So many people call Saitama a joke character but the story goes very deep into depression and loneliness. His power is just a example of how mental illness can attack anybody. He struggles all the time with his emotions just like in Parasite anime. Saitama and Shinichi are very much alike if you didnt watch Parasite definetly do it.

Saitama's clothes weren't destroyed by the sun. His clothes were destroyed by Garou's Nuclear Fission punches.

Weeb is usually really good, but there's a few mistakes in this video. Saitama was never sent into the sun during this fight. His clothes were destroyed from Cosmic Garou Whirlwind attack. Also, his fart didn't send him all the way back to earth. It allowed him to catch up to Garou as he entered his portal, transporting both of them to earth.

Unrelared topic: The cameraman is actually omni present and teleports to the best point of view just to see the fight better just because he wants to, this just shows how powerful the being is

Also if you want to go into his durability, Garou was endlessly copying Saitama's strength from moment to moment, but Saitama was growing exponentially and every time Garou copied him Saitama was already twice as strong as he was before. Garou was essentially tanking serious punches the entire time, and didn't even begin visibly taking damage until well into the fight, meaning however strong you calculate Saitama to be, he would have to get hit with an attack several times harder than that in order to even feel it

Also, in the panel where garou's and Saitama's hands collide to destroy a section of space, you can see Garou's hand has spikes on it, these spikes are nowhere to be found on any other panel, this showing that Garou's hand is taking recoil. This is Garou being unable to match Saitama's power.

Saitama is way, way faster than Massively FTL. When Garo opened a portal, he looked down to see saitama's fist. He's so fast, he can exist in spaces that don't exist yet.

If you read the manga Saitama Vs Garou pretty much explains how strong Saitama is. Basically He is like a Saiyan in DBZ but he doesn't need to be defeated or killed he constantly grows stronger every minute. When he gets mad it only speeds up his growth.

Saitama is so strong that he can skip the unskippable ads. He's so fast he can avoid awkward political talk with family at holidays. And he's so durable, not even the sharpest lego or pointed furniture corner could even touch him. I don't see goku watching add free.

I believe you underestimated the power of his fart because you have to account for the amount of energy needed to escape the suns gravity before he could even reach top speed. Love the videos! Keep it coming!

saitama really does technically have no limit to his power. if he does ever meet someone on his level or stronger, he will get stronger and then strong enough to beat them, as observed with his fight with garrou

I would largely disagree that he didn’t have to endure any suffering to get as strong as he is. The consistency in the training he did was very hard. And then yes…he did suffer the loss of a loved one and got stronger.

(Sorry if my English is not the best) There is a detail that seems to have been missed by many, is that Blast tried to redirect the vector of the energy caused by the clash of serious fists squared and this was the reason why they caused so much destruction in "one direction", what happens if this energy wouldn't have been redirected? The energy would have exploded in all directions, just like a real clash of punches would done and all the Universe were gone
