"Easter Sunday" is Jesus Christ risen from the dead. In Glory! Let us not be distracted or our children by the Chocolate bunnies ...

““When you enter the land the Lord your Elohim is giving you, do not imitate the detestable customs of those nations. No one among you is to sacrifice his son or daughter in the fire, practice divination, tell fortunes, interpret omens, practice sorcery, cast spells, consult a medium or a spiritist, or inquire of the dead. Everyone who does these acts is detestable to the Lord, and the Lord your Elohim is driving out the nations before you because of these detestable acts. You must be blameless before the Lord your Elohim. Though these nations you are about to drive out listen to fortune-tellers and diviners, the Lord your Elohim has not permitted you to do this.”
‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭18:9-14‬ ‭CSB‬‬

this just made me angry. They mixed Jesus resurrection with fertility worshiping to make it more attractive to non believers. I now have more questions.

This is a perfect example of leaven and serving two masters - a little leaven added to the story of God glory has turned the Gospel into a light hearted joke to the world - and when you try and serve two master, the evil one eventually takes over - Easter is not in the Bible, He never said to celebrate the way the church does but said to remember Him with the bread (His body) and drink (His blood). You can twist this all you want but the truth is in His Word and He will not be mocked

Follow Jesus, become a Christian.

Not on Easter.. Easter Sunday is not the date of resurrection Sunday. 2 different things.. no association meaning not to celebrate.

When did we start to have Sunday and how are you sure Jesus was resurrected on Sunday Jesus died on Nisan 14 sundown and Nissan 14 does not fall to one particular day Jesus was resurrected the Third Day after his death so whenever Nissan 14 fall to Jesus should be resurrected the Third Day and you cannot give God the almighty the name of a Pagan worship and the Bible never asked you to celebrate the Third Day I asked you to celebrate the Passover when Jesus said to his disciples continue doing this in Remembrance of me that is what he asked us to do not the Third Day the world just love to party and they look for something to party with you don't party with the worship of God you show respect and regard the love for what the son has done and you want to show obedient and deep respect for it Jesus was obedient and that's why he died for our sin he was tempted but he never fell
