For the first thrift trip of the year, I'm hunting for cottagecore pieces! I must admit, this was a bit more difficult than I expected and I'll probably try doing this again, but I did find some pretty stellar things! I hope you enjoyed!

The green skirt / the white top setting is good. When you showed the black two rower, I thought "No. That is not good!", but with you in it and the buttons through the button holes, it is such a treat. Different people = different styles. You inyourself have a body and look which scream for 19th century styled clothes. Definitely 18th century.

that green formal dress was so bridgerton...i would have gotten it to just walk around my house pretending im the diamond of the season.

Just came across this vid. I love the outfit you were wearing in the intro, the shirt with embroidered collar was so cute. I’m definitely more into the vintage earth tones as well.

I’m into the Gunne Sax side, whichever side that falls under 😊

I like Cottage core but specifically Fairycore because it just- just *W O W*

Great to see some of your choices. I love cottagecore, but as someone 55+, so many of the ruffles - which my inner self loves - just seem too young to wear. But I definitely could see myself wearing the green skirt and white top, or the sleeveless top. So thanks for showing some outfits that are less extreme and more ageless.

What a great format! I loved actually going to the store with you and how much footage and commentary there was in the store. Then we got to the haul and try-on. Rad.

I just found your channel and after watching a couple videos, you have way less subscribers than I would have guessed! Loving your content and I hoping your channel grows quickly, as deserved!

with the earth tones they slide into the Mori Fashion style :)

I love this vid!! This aesthetic looks so gorgeous on you...as all the aesthetics do! I would be super interested in hearing/seeing more pairings with that tiered, brown prairie skirt! I have one almost identical, and yet haven't found any pairings I love with it...and yet I'm desperate to wear it come spring/summer!

The sailor dress is “80s does 40/50s” it was a decently sized revival.

I wore a lot of the prairie (Gunne Sax, Laura Ashley, Ralph Lauren) or ballerina-meets-gypsy style (ala Stevie Knicks) styles in the 70's, in the 80's the look was more of the Victorian/new romantic look. IMO 80's was absolutely the most creative fashion decade, when looks were totally over-the-top and everybody made a real effort, no matter what their style. Probably due to MTV's huge influence on pop culture and fashion.
