I felt real guilty about feeling sleepy when I do my quiet time. All this time I was forcing myself to get up and read the Bible in the morning. I work until late in the evening and so I usually get to bed late too... so when I get up earlier to have a quiet time, I'm seriously not alert. I thought I was the only one! And then God spoke to me through one of Pastor Rick's sermons that quiet time is not the same for everybody. What's important is you have a quiet time with God when you are at your BEST and your most ALERT-self.
