Checked as of 2021 and I'm pretty sure i'm the top run that didn't use a set seed so as far as i'm aware this is still the fastest time without using a specific deck.

Its not that easy tho it takes practice, he didn't random tap on cards he needs this to play fast so he got in mind what cards should click
