For those who experienced 'Drag and Drop' doesn't work. (Only happened on the week/workweek)
For my case was due to my chrome zoom.
80% or 90% > will cause it unable to drag and drop
100% or 75% (I did not try others) will works.

Hey the drag and drop doesnt work? it drags but when i drop it, it returns back to the original position and it doesnt resize either,
