How To Set Up Elgato Wave XLR with BEACN!

Here’s a quick video to show you how I use my elgato wave xlr to send my mic’s (SM7B) signal to the beacn app.

how you getting over 7% volume running this setup in windows when windows is already at 100% but only putting out 7 to 9 % volume

I'm thinking of switching from the GoXLR to the Wave XLR and Beacn create (I have the SM7B mic).
Is there a way to have zero latency mic monitoring with the Wave XLR/Beacn setup as this is something I always use with the GoXLR.

I’m running this very same setup other then the mic. my mic a rodes pod mic ubs/xlr im using the xlr connection to the wave xlr with the beach mix create. I have the beacn set to wave link steam for mic the rodes mic software was never used the mic set to whatever rodes sets it to from factory.

What I’m getting is a real muddy sound out the mic plus almost like it got slight echo Iv tried using the wave EQ to adjust it. It sounds good while I’m monitoring it but inside of games and my stream the mic comes across muddy and loud any help would be greatly appreciated with what I may be doing wrong.

Would it then be possible to run the audience mix from beacn into the wavelink software? so basically this in reverse? I want to attempt to use the BEACN mic with streamdeck + since it unlocks wavelink software.

Question if I get the BEACN for my PC and I’m using a wireless headset like the arctis nova pro or turtle beach stealth pro, can I use the BEACN to change the volume of the game, music and chat independently which the knobs on the BEACN ? I’m new to all this I hope you can help me with this ohh and I will be using the mic from the headset until I get a better setup. I just need to know if the BEACN will control independently the volume from the chat, game, músic ? Thank you

What would you use to run a blue spark sl with the beacn mix create. I currently am running a goxlr mini but want to try out the beacn mix create. I was thinking of running the wave xlr with it but just want to make sure that I am looking at what I need correctly before I pull the trigger on the mix create. Also are they actively working on the software bugs that are plaguing beacn, or are they not near as bad as everyone is making it seem. First off thank for this video! I just switched to this set up and really enjoy it. However, I’m dealing minor latency when running the wave into the beacn. Mind you, it’s not horrible but it is noticeable. Is there anyway to eliminate the latency?

I have a rodes podmic usb with beacon create and having a tough time with noise canceling if I turn the gain down to try and remove some from there with a noise gate set unless I’m eating the mic it won’t pick up my voice but if I turn the gain up to 60 it picks up fans noises and any out of range noises ? Or tips to try thanks
