Can Non-Native English Speakers Teach In China ?

Dear John, I'm so happy I found you video, as I'm a tad bit panicked. I am not a native speaker as I'm from Hungary, but I have my C1 level language exam + my masters degree in teaching English (I'm licensed/certified by the global standards) + a 120-hour TEFL certificate.
It's my only wish to teach English in Beijing, but I was told that I can only teach subjects like Science, History etc, not ESL with my non-native background.
What do you think, what are my chances in Beijing with the things listed? I really wish someone like you who is experienced could help me out with a second opinion.🙏

I want to teach English / kindergarten in China or Hong Kong, but I am from Poland. Do I still have a chance to obtain the visa? I am waiting for my bachelors degree, I have TEFL and TESOL.

im curious, i just graduated with a degree in business admin, im going to guangzhou as a graduation gift to myself in january. Do you just go around looking for job opportunities like you would here in the states? Im a native speaker from California. I am of latino descent so im not sure if that will affect my chances too much

My degree (master in law n political scienses comes from Hungary).
Degree from a non-english speaking country is also accepted?
