Cat trapped in an alley desperately meows for help

I was just minding my own business on a balcony when I saw (heard desperate meows) this cat trapped on the ground floor in an alley that is accessed only through a door. The cat could not have gotten there unless she was trying to jump over a wall to the other side and fell in there. I opened the door for the cat and she seems extremely sick. I gave her food and water but she could not eat. She could not even walk properly. Clearly needs vet attention. Unfortunately, I do not have financial aid to do so, it all depends on people donating. In my country, there is a curfew after 9pm and I certainly cannot take her to a vet or anything at night. I will see what I can do tomorrow.
