-Place your feet a little wider than shoulder width apart and point your toes out just a little bit.
-Make sure to keep your chest & your head up when you squat down.
-Press your dumbbells up when you start to stand up out of your squat.

-Breath in before you start your squat, and breath out slowly as you stand up and come back down.
