Farmers fight the military for fire compensation

Farmers in Alberta near CFB Suffield are demanding the military give them fire compensation. The base's commander admits a fire was caused during an ordnance test. In the resulting grass fire, more than 100 cattle were killed and barns were burned down. One farmer says he's spent approximately $80,000 to replace what he lost, but the base commander says he doesn't have the power to speed up compensation.
