Hey 😊 I believe studies have since been done on radial and focused in the treatment of E.D. the study has limitations and needs more studies and alrger sample sizes to confirm. Focused machines are prohibitively expensive and make the treatment less accessible when the only real reason Focused hit the market as the leader is because most of the initial studies used Focused instead of radial. That is changing, however, and in many studies, radial gives more clinically and statistically significant results. Not trying to argue or sell anything, I just don't think suggesting Radial is not 'the real deal' is incorrect and not scientifically sound. Web of science gives some great studies with high impact factors with the search terms 'E.D, Radial, Focused, shockwave therapy, Li-eswt'

Physiotherapy clinics the world over use radial therapy with fantastic results, and in regards to E.D, when you're treating from multiple nodes, a depth of focus greater than 3.5cm is pointless unless the penis is as thick as the leg.

65 yo male, moderate ED, no benefit from PDE5 inhibitors, on TRT, rcvd 35k shocks by urologist over 30 day period, no real improvement. Guess im in the 30% group where this stuff doesnt help. I would still give it a shot because you dont know until you try.
