You're right, I just realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's crazy! Although what he previously talked about was pretty decent, it was difficult to follow, I just go'ogled the latest in Mario Volpstein's Erections at Will, it's so much simpler and potent now!

Guy on the right is awesome - seems sensibly skeptical about all this overly marketed stuff on YouTube. The guy on the left seems like the exact kind of shyster who would take advantage of the “susceptible ED population” by overly selling/promising results for these new treatments. If health insurance, who has all kinds of doctors working for them, won’t pay for it, it’s probably not a great idea for those that don’t have plenty of money to risk/waste. Purveyors of those new ED treatments are likely exploiting the “high placebo effect” of ED treatments.
