These answers can only be convincing if personalised and with examples. They are otherwise Too corporate and whilst saying the right things they are not convincing on an individual level.

Hi Richard,
Thanks for the wonderful video. I have been working as trainer for 8 years and more than half of my training career was as a freelancer in education industry. I am facing lots of obstructions in convincing hiring managers that there is not much difference between working as a freelancer & permanent. But everything goes in vain and they don't count it as my experience and say I don't have relevant industry experience. How do I convince them that I can work as training manager/consultant?
