Method 1:
**This method I showed you on the video won't relock your bootloader if you have flashed any BETA MIUI build after December 2016 and Unlocked the BL earlier**

Method 2:
You can try flashing separate firmware by the strix. It may or may not lock your bootloader just be aware of that.
But you can definitely give it a try:

If you're still getting error 7 after following this video, just follow the method 2 from the description.
Which is,
Flash the separate firmware first from the official LineageOS xda thread in #Post2
Then flash the rom and gapps.
And even if you get bootloop, that's because of locked bootloader. Just unlock the bootloader with mi unlock tool. Everything should work fine now.

we can also unzip the ROM and edit the file in note pad and delete the "assert" text line and after that zip all the files and flash it.
