Creamy pasta with bacon

Ingredients (serves 2 to 3 people) 🥓
250g of pasta
125g of bacon
1 cup of frozen peas
1 generous handful of spinach leaves
1 cup dry rose wine
3 minced garlic cloves
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
1 cup fresh cream
Olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
How to do it 🔪
Fry the bacon and set aside. Put the pasta to cook in plenty of salted water.
In the same pan as the bacon, brown the garlic, add the wine and let it evaporate. Reserve two ladles of the pasta water. Drain the pasta 3 minutes before the packaging time, put it in the sauce pan, add the peas, fresh cream, Parmesan, add a little of the cooking water and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add the spinach and mix. Turn off the heat and finish with bacon on top. Serve with more parmesan on top.
