Its mainly because the government cant regulate it and track it. The government wants to be able to investigate ur bank activity if need be freeze assets get taxes ect Since it is distributed, Bitcoin exists at many different locations at the same time. This makes it very difficult for a single regulatory power to enforce its will across borders. It also means that a government or other third party can't technically raid an office and shut anything down

Why can't they make enough money through taxes? To me if they can't make enough money through taxes then they're spending too much.
They should follow the same rules as every single other entity in the word that can't spend more than the amount they make.
If they spend more than that they make for too long then they'll go bankrupt. That's basically grade school math isn't it

Why would you bother purchasing bonds when they offer like 1% cash back after exorbitant amount of years while inflation is 5.6% wich I believe is alot higher.

Wouldn't a government going bankrupt be bad for everyone? Less money for essential services, healthcare for the poor, salaries for public servants like teachers and policemen etc?

However while Blockchain is a great technology and Cryptocurrency as a subset of it is fast becoming a medium of exchange, why isn't the technology doing enough to convince the central government of large economies by bringing out white paper on how it's adoption can revolutionize the global economy while disrupting the conventional banking systems apart from the Central Bankers responsible for monetary policy ...where is the future
