I honestly kind of wish they used this for Kiryu's boss theme. I mean, Receive You v.7 is awesome and all, but this song is way too good to not even be on the official soundtrack

God, this music is so incredibly perfect for Kiryu at this stage in his life and the music gives me chills every time he shows up in Y7, even though I know it's coming. Whoever wrote this music for him is a real genius.

This song has an undeniable underlying intensity about it. You don't really hear it so much at the start, per se, but you can feel it lingering beneath its calm surface. It's a very purposeful and measured song, and it even has a noticeably slower, more reserved feel compared to the intentisy of the typical battle music in these games. It even feels quite zen (especially at the start) in how calm and precise it feels despite the scale of the battle that's about to ensue any second. This is definitely the music of a legend and a master—as powerful as a dragon, but as calm as a chanting monk.

These are exactly the character traits that describe Kiryu, at least in my opinion.

I feel like this song should've been given the title "Like a Dragon" for the fact that it's Kiryu's song and the incredibly artful similarities it shares with Kiryu himself.

I don't know about anyone else, but to me the music also feels almost like it's brimming, even shining with nostalgia for the past, finally revisited, just like Kiryu's own appearance does.

The music they gave our old friend Kiryu sama is a perfect auditory reflection of his own character and story.

I only wish I knew Japanese so I could understand what they're saying. I'm sure it fits beautifully.
