Learn how to use angle pair relationships in parallel lines and transversals to find angle measures. We are covering 3 different types of problems: solving for x, making lines parallel, and solving for numbered angles. Use different angle pairs like alternate interior, corresponding angles, linear pairs etc to solve them all!

so, my younger sister asked me to help her solve an unknown angle problem and I couldn't quite figure it out. I went looking for information and then I found this video. The high I got from figuring it out is was euphoric. It's been over a decade since I've taken a math class and I want to thank you for putting this out there. I needed a win lol

I don't really know what we really gained from school. I had to understand the lesson in class. I don't know. The students gets really tired. He comes home and looks for an explanation of the lessons that the teachers should have understood to the students.

#3 is easy

Angle 3 = 70° (linear pair)

To solve for Angle 1, take note of the corresponding angle of the given 120° and Angle 1 form a Linear Pair,

Angle 1 = 60°

Then for Angle 2, we simply use the Interior Angles of a Triangle Theorem.

70°+x+60°=180°
x+130°=180°
x= 50°
