Storyline

Despite his family's baffling generations-old ban on music, Miguel (voice of newcomer Anthony Gonzalez) dreams of becoming an accomplished musician like his idol, Ernesto de la Cruz (voice of Benjamin Bratt). Desperate to prove his talent, Miguel finds himself in the stunning and colorful Land of the Dead following a mysterious chain of events. I loved Coco too! And nice familyyyy... Nice dog and a beautiful daughter. I hope one day you all can watch a really good indian movie like Kal Ho Na Ho together and do a review together. :)

i dont know whether you both observed or not but idea of interdependence i.e heavenly elders in this movie depend on earthly mortals for remembrance and earthly mortals depend on heavenly elders for blessings and unending love..
idea that death is not the end and there is second death if your relatives stop remembering you...
we in india also have similar ideas..like to hear donathan views on how americans view of elders and death...
fun fact; in india also grand ma's feed their grand children like anything...saying no is a hard thing...

Dante looks very close to my mom's dog. And would you believe the dog's name is Coco?! Lol! Coco has a bit larger brown markings and is a bit older at around 7 years. You have a lovely young daughter. Is she the mother to your grandson?

No. Dont do this revisiting thing. You guys don't have sufficient time to watch a plethora of movies requested by us.
So, It's definitely a bad idea.
