Mercedes E350 , gas tink removal , fuel pump

This vidio is showing what to expect if u wanna remove the fuel tink on a mercedes , for fuel pump replacement u do not have to go throu this , simply remove the back seat .

Had mine replaced on a 06 e350 just because the fuel pump went out cost $3500.00 gas tank was still good but they only sell the fuel pump in the gas tank not separate!

Thank you for your nice video. It looks like the tank is plastic? Mine is a 2013 C300 with a steel fuel tank that is rusting like crazy. I thought about removing the tank, cleaning, and paint. Now I am deciding to spray all with cosmoline, open the covers under the seat and spray it with a wand until it drips from all directions. :-). Thank you again for taking the time to publish this. I have this same vehicle and I think one of the fuel pumps is leaking fuel vapor but there is no fluid leak so it is hard to find. Can these leak through the small rubber ring gasket?

What is that triangle box on the fueler neck called, mine has a crack in the hose connected to it.. please help🤔
