FYI the “outer lip line” is also known as the vermilion border! Some people have pigmented vermillion borders. Others do NOT have well defined vermillion borders, which is why you might appear to have and inner and outer lip line!

Good tip. Also, nice to see someone using a sharpened lip pencil It gives much cleaner defined lines 💗 You'd think that would be obvious but I see so many girls making lip tutorial videos with blunt lip pencils and they create these uneven edges 😖🥴

I do the opposite. Instead of using concealer to cover up, I use blush/eyeshadow and blend the edges. Makes my lips look bigger and give that blurred gradient look
