That's 180 Maiden Lane at the 4:20 mark. I worked on the 37th floor and that is also where I saw the 2nd plane crash into the WTC on 9/11. Incidentally, the side you're standing on, the bldg behind you is the bldg used in the 1980 film "Dress To Kill" where Angie Dickinson is getting into a cab.
