My disposal was leaking from the bottom at the reset switch, power cord, and the key slot to manually move it

Maybe we need to focus on teaching people in this field proper communication. Had a contractor ask me to fix his toilet. I said sure. What’s it not doing? He said and I quote word for word. “The seal must be leaking because it won’t flush”.

Do y’all know how seals are on a toilet? Do you know there’s other parts to the flush? I got there and the tank was empty and flush tower hung open. How does his description match the problem? Who else thought wax seal and clogged? I know I did. 45 miles straight there. We had a campfire meeting about clear and precise communication. He claims he’s not good at texting. I asked what he ment to say ? Then I stated “well, text that” it’s only 4 more words. “ when I push lever no flush”.

I always just put gloves on, reach in there and grab whatever chicken wings bones, plastic and use your imagination out of there before doing anything else. Sometimes it’s glass or metal, be careful friends.
