Humble guy, the way he introduced himself made me appreciate him even more. Maybe the most recognized pit crew members out there imo and he is in a senior position but he’s just one of the guys.

Calum is a great ambassador for F1. Always enjoy a video when he's in it.

A perfect pit stop is about 1.7 seconds = makes you appreciate just how smooth Lando's pit stop was 2 weeks ago.
This is the first time I've heard Calum speak, very different from what I imagined just seeing him on the telly, but I'm very impressed with the truth!Comes across as a helluva bloke

Calum is an elequent and polished performer. No wonder Red Bull have such brilliant pitstop times if this is the standard of professionalism from their Team.

This is the content I love. Every interview I've seen from Calum is so informative. He just gives those bits and bobs of information you've always wondered about. It's also great to see representation in the paddock.

I’ve seen this guy so many times on TV with Redbull crew I instantly recognized him. Nice to hear him talking about his job.

I'd love to see more insight in to these unsung heroes on Sky coverage. Great content and another layer of appreciation for a sport we all love.

I love this dude. More of him, please. You constantly see pictures of the pit crews but hardly have any words or context about what they're thinking. Calum, in detail, tells you what's going on behind the scenes.

We need a mini YT series about what it takes to make it on an F1 Pit Crew. Maybe it follows a new group of recruits or goes through the training process.

He speaks very well, very comfortable on camera and very humble and informative about what he does. I'd love to see more content like this highlighting pit crews and other underappreciated members of F1 teams, it really is interesting and I think helps grow sport and helps newcomers to F1 gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of what's going on.

This guy is one of the most recognizable mechanics in F1 for a few years now. The tall black dude from Red Bull. He's good, he was promoted from Pit 2 to Pit 1.

P.S. I haven't watched cars either. You're not the only one mate

Had the pleasure of getting a week of work experience with this chap when he was at Status GP. Fantastic bloke and an incredible ambassador for motorsports and engineering. Big respect Callum, keep up the wicked work! ✌🏽

The lad is masterclass! Head down, humble, honest, just as cool as he look on TV. The smile when he mentions his daughter is priceless. I can really feel pride for doing what i guess he loves more. Enjoy it!🎉🎉

I think this has been one of the best interviews by a person that works in F1. I have seen a couple of other podcasts/shows where Calum has been invited and I always enjoy when he's talking about the sport.

Love his response when they ask him about who he thinks is the most important pit crew member. Humble and down to earth guy.

based on what he said in 1:28 its kind of insane to see that maclaren did a 1.8 second pit stop

Such a great representative for the sport and team.

This is the content I want to see. It's insight from a perspective we rarely get to see, from someone who doesn't seem to be defensive because they're on camera (which is really difficult!!). If you do more of this content then stay on the same track and don't throw jokes and casual entertainment into it. This is perfect!
