holy f the game is not even patched yet and people are saying it looks better lol. The main difference in the unpatched game is that you can run the uncapped quality mode at 4k 120. That's it, no visual changes. Maybe the dynamic res is a bit better but that's it so far. Wait for the patch.

instead of bringing out another playstation from what i've seen is not worth the money they need to sort out the GT7 penalties cos its getting ridiculous now.3 times today in daily race B i was hit from behind and evertime i got a 5 second penalty and once i got a 5 sec penalty and i never even touched anyone.the game is broken and needs sorting.

@kireth, Unfortunately this video is not your finest work. Like other comments below my view is that you have really let yourself down. Sure you can take aim at Polyphony for missing the launch deadline with a product update, but to insinuate that SuperGT and other content creators are confused it just poor form. As a self proclaimed "Sim Racing Journalist" your last few videos bagging GT7 on PS5 Pro aren't up to standard. Are you posting these videos for 'Us the viewer' or for you the receiver of views?

December 23, 1997 was the first GTA game on the PlayStation. Next month GT will be 25 years old and they will celebrate their anniversary. It is a free game and accessible to everyone who wants to get acquainted with GT7. Since GT will celebrate their well-deserved anniversary then, they will also show the power between the PlayStation 5 Pro and the showpiece GT7 at this launch. Until then, it is a matter of waiting and many gamers are still in a kind of placebo effect when it comes to GT7.

You keep asking for more gt3 cars, my opinion is different, the updates should improve the driving aspect of the game step by step, that is the most important, than why not offer something different sometimes, like classic racing cars, those cars worth millions sometimes they give the best feeling and challenge. For example they have the F1 Honda from the 60´s, but it's the only one!!! Why not BRM, Climax or even the famous Jim Clark Lotus?! That would be amazing and so easy for them to do.

Outside track areas are sharper, and that's simply because the game can render due to the tiny bit improvement on the hardware, without the patch the focus of the game is 99% the same

I'm playing GT7 primarily in VR mode with GT7 optimized for FPS. And I did notice a huge difference in PS5 PRO mode, I felt that everything was sharper, especially inside the cockpit, and there was an FPS increase because I felt that VR was more responsive when I turned my head. Overall I'm happy with the upgrade it is pricey however Looking from CPU/GPU performance PS5 Pro is about 10% cheaper if we are looking for TFLOPS per £ ( using the regular prices without offers), and you get twice disk space. So it is a good deal, Yes it is more expensive, but it is the same like should you buy 4070TI when 3070TI is cheaper and still very good.

Unless you have a top end 70" OLED screen in front of you to utilize all the additional benefits the pro brings, then forget it, pretty much what DF and LTT have said. Its a console for enthusiasts and thats it, its not particularly designed for the average user thats going to be using a 1080p screen (which is still the most used)

I just got the PS5 Pro and played GT7. The cars move smoother, the reflecting lights looks better, the interior is sharper, etc. Overall the game just feels better and more refined.

there are a few cars that do not wotk in VR, the Aston Martin DP100 for example, Hopefully the November 21st update will have some VR benefits
