Hey! Just a general recommendation! If you want to you could propagate the plant in water first before you plant it so it has a chance to grow some larger roots, it could maybe bring the plants initial growth a bit more effective so that it wont end up possibly molding under the soil before it can make its roots! [This is coming from a 13 year old plant nerd, take my words with a grain of salt ( ・∇・)]
