Iv’e got a Samsung fold z4 and it’s a retail phone. I managed to be able to remove the Retail mode app and now i’m stuck with the sim not working. Anything u can help me with please?

Have Samsung fold z3. 3 days no service from new. Tech help said sim card fail. We t shop. They tried. Works in sim2 slot not slot 1. Phone at fault. New phone on its way. :( Nice video you made that will help most people's issues.

Tried all of this including a new SIM card and nothing worked. Result was the SIM reader went bad. Phone was 13 days old.
