I'm so glad I bought one of these. Worth every penny, I DJ all my shows with this and ableton live now :) so fun. It's also better for performance, makes you stand out. Especially hooking up a camera to show u making beats as your launching stuff. I could have spent $2k on a roland 808, or $1k on a push 2. They make skins for it too. Get a launch control xl with this and your set!

i love the arm he has coming out of his desk to hold the launchpad, very spatially efficent... where can i find this desk or arm?

Is there any way to get lessons on how to use a launchpad and ableton live to its full potential? so far i barely know how to do anything with my lauchpad MK2 so I'm limited to setting up very basic sessions and downloading other peoples project files. If anyone knows where i can go to learn how to do more please let me know, thanks :)

I am seriously looking for a compact MIDI controller for my Beat Buddy which will have the capability to change rhythms (jazz to funk to rock to Latin rhythms to soft ballads) via a control knob or assignable buttons, and adjust the tempo and volume levels. I sent for a Beat Step by Arturia and no one seems to be able to help me integrate it. I am a pianist and have worked for many years with drum machines starting with Roland and the huge Hammond organ slabs. Please help.

I have my midi (m-audio code 61) connected to my MacBook via USB.

Do I need a passive, active or a pc di box ?

Musicians selling stuff are truly the most obnoxious sales people around and make car sales people look classy by comparison.
